• Multi-Directional Machinery Sliders with 4″ hole for leveling foot pads: are designed to move in any direction under the machine or equipment. This is achieved by placing the 4″ leveling pad (or smaller)  into the center of the Multi-Directional Slider.
• Machinery Sliders are the best kept secret in the machinery moving and rigging industry because they are very light-weight, extremely safe to use, user-friendly and cost a fraction of what traditionally machinery moving dollies and skates cost. They are non-point loading, maintenance-free, can be used in clean-rooms. They eliminate the huge risk of moving unstable-loads and greatly reduces the risk of tip-over hazards and injury.
• There are three types of Machinery Sliders: Single direction of travel (arrow-shaped); the 360-degree multi-direction of travel (round shaped); and the 360-degree multi-direction of travel (round shaped) with the 4″ hole for a leveling pad to fit in. The single direction Machinery Slider is 3/8” high (from ground up), 8-1/4” wide, 11-1/2” long to the point. The multi-directional Slider is 1” high (from the ground up), and 8” in diameter. The multi-directional Slider with the 4″ hole in the middle for leveling pads to fit in is 1/2″ deep making it 1/2″ high (from the ground up).
• Machinery Sliders are made from a high-performance engineered plastic resin that is safe and light-weight. Machinery Sliders are so light-weight they can greatly reduce the risk of injury. Because of their size, they lower height clearance, are very easy to place into location and are quite versatile and can be used in many applications where traditional dollies and skates won’t work.
• Each Machinery Slider is capable of carrying approximately 10-tons. When heavier machinery is being moved, just add more Machinery Sliders. Normally, one Machinery Slider is sufficient under each leveling column of the machine being moved unless the machinery exceeds the capacity, then add more. Moving heavy machinery and equipment using Machinery Sliders can be used over all kinds of surfaces including damaged concrete, wood, tile, asphalt to a lesser capacity, and even carpet.
• Machinery Sliders removes the huge risk of machinery tip-over and unstable loads by removing the wheels from old-styled machinery dollies & skates! Machinery Sliders, are from 3/8” high for the single-directional and 1” high for the multi-directional. They are light-weight from 1-lb to 1.5lb and made of a high-performance resin plastic which make them extremely safe to use and very user-friendly.
• Machinery Sliders are excellent for moving machinery over dock-plates, in and out of shipping containers, on and off trucks, and almost over all solid surfaces. By using Machinery Sliders when loading large heavy and tight-fitting machinery in shipping containers, you can leave the Machinery Sliders in-place because of their low-cost compared to traditional machinery dollies and skates. Also used to move transformer cores in and out or anything you can think of.
